Yesterday I had a wonderful lunch with a beautiful angel momma. I delivered a blanket my sisters and I created out of her daughters clothing and chatted about starting a walk to remember our angels and so many others. We decided on having the walk on Oct.15th, 2011. October is national baby loss awareness month and the 15th is the national day to remember the babies lost to M/C, Stillbirth and Infant loss. So the date works out perfectly. I am hoping the weather does as well for being in October. Last year Indian summer hit that week and lasted 2 weeks, so i am hoping this year that will also be the case! (prayers!)
I started a blog for the walk to keep everyone updated and me organized in the process of creating this walk. I would also love this to be an annual walk. October is also my Stella Grace's BDay month so this means even that much more to have it then.
Here is the Blog address:

Please visit and comment! This is a process, and a tedious one at that! I am creating footprints to surround the page with angels names and Bdays. Seeing just how common this occurs will be astonishing and heartbreaking at the same time! Comment here or there if you would like me to add your angel, or one you may know. We are also taking donations so that i can afford to make shirts for all the angel parents to wear durring the walk, for water wagons durring the walk, a butterfly and balloon release after the walk as well as food and beverages at the end of the walk. I am hoping we can raise TONS of awareness on this issue that too many parents have to face each day and which lasts through their entire life time. I am also on a journey to create rainbow kick count bracelets for angel mommy's expecting their rainbows and to raise awareness in pregnancies all over the world the importance of kick counting. It could save your child's life.
As always, God bless and thank you for reading and supporting!
